Digital Signature (DSC) is a physical signature in an electronic format. Digital Signatures are used in India for online transactions such as Filing Annual Returns, Company or LLP Incorporation Forms, Income Tax E-Filing, E-Tenders, etc. It establishes the identity of the sender while filing or sending documents electronically through the Internet.
Class 3 Digital signatures with a validity of 2 or 3 years can be purchased online from us through a completely online process. We can help you apply for and obtain a DSC from Certifying Authorities like E-Mudhra, Sify or N-Code. All our digital signatures are provided in FIPS compliant ePass USB tokens to protect the signature until the end of validity.
Class 3 DSC: This certificate will be issued to individuals as well as organizations. As these are high assurance certificates, primarily intended for e-commerce applications, they shall be issued to individuals only on their personal (physical) appearance before the Certifying Authorities.
Documents Required To Obtain DSC:
Indian Nationals as identity proof can submit any of the following documents:
- Passport
- PAN Card
- Driving License
- Bank Account Passbook containing the photograph
- Any Government-issued photo ID card bearing the signatures of the individual
- Aadhaar Card
- Voters ID Card
- Driving Licence
- Utility Bill
- Property Tax Paid Receipt
- Attested copy of the Passport
- Attested copy of VISA, in case the applicant is out of the native country
- Attested copy of Resident Permit certificate, in case applicant is residing in India
- Attested copy of the Passport
- Attested copy of any other Government issued document having the address
- Embassy of Native Country, in case the applicant is out of the native country
- Apostatized by Native Country, after Public Notary, if the country is in Hague Convention
- Consular zed by Native Country, after Public Notary, if the country is not in Hague Convention
