Digital Signature (DSC) is a physical signature in an electronic format. Digital Signatures are used in India for online transactions such as Filing Annual Returns, Company or LLP Incorporation Forms, Income Tax E-Filing, E-Tenders, etc. It establishes the identity of the sender while filing or sending documents electronically through the Internet.
Class 3 Digital signatures with a validity of 2 or 3 years can be purchased online from us through a completely online process. We can help you apply for and obtain a DSC from Certifying Authorities like E-Mudhra, Sify or N-Code. All our digital signatures are provided in FIPS compliant ePass USB tokens to protect the signature until the end of validity.
Class 3 DSC: This certificate will be issued to individuals as well as organizations. As these are high assurance certificates, primarily intended for e-commerce applications, they shall be issued to individuals only on their personal (physical) appearance before the Certifying Authorities.
Documents Required To Obtain DSC:
Indian Nationals as identity proof can submit any of the following documents:
  1. Passport
  2. PAN Card
  3. Driving License
  4. Bank Account Passbook containing the photograph
  5. Any Government-issued photo ID card bearing the signatures of the individual
Indian Nationals as address proof can submit any of the following documents:
  1. Aadhaar Card
  2. Voters ID Card
  3. Driving Licence
  4. Utility Bill
  5. Property Tax Paid Receipt
Foreign Nationals as identity proof can submit the following documents:
  1. Attested copy of the Passport
  2. Attested copy of VISA, in case the applicant is out of the native country
  3. Attested copy of Resident Permit certificate, in case applicant is residing in India
Foreign Nationals as address proof can submit any of the following documents:
  1. Attested copy of the Passport
  2. Attested copy of any other Government issued document having the address
The following authorities must attest the identity and address proof of foreign nationals:
  1. Embassy of Native Country, in case the applicant is out of the native country
  2. Apostatized by Native Country, after Public Notary, if the country is in Hague Convention
  3. Consular zed by Native Country, after Public Notary, if the country is not in Hague Convention
