Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

At My Biz Development (A unit of ASC Online Services Private Limited), we treat customer as King and believe in helping them as far as possible. Therefore, a liberal cancellation policy is framed by us as under:

1. Cancellations shall be entertained if and only if the request for cancellation is raised within 24 hours of making the payment. However, the request for cancellation shall not be considered if the work has been initiated by our team.

2. No cancellations shall be entertained for services provided with special discounts, bundled/customised packages.

REFUND POLICY:

Refund will be processed if and only if the request is raised within 24 hours of making the payment. However, a refund shall not be provided if the work has been initiated by our team.

Upon approval of the refund request by the management, the same shall be initiated to the original mode of payment within 48 hours of raising the request for refund, after deducting the necessary charges. The refund amount initiated by the company shall reflect in the original mode of payment within 12-15 working days depending on the processing time.

Any request for a refund or cancellation should be communicated to us at info@mydbiz.com which will be reviewed by the management.

The company reserves the right to review and update the refund and cancellation policy from time to time. The same shall be updated on the website regularly and will be applicable.
